i think it will not effect so much on google...
because google is a house hold name across the globe.
but it has fair chances if he started with more informative information and at the last it will depend on its algorithm ..
if it is able to provide better result then sure it have a fair chance

Bing is a search engine to replace its current Live Search product. Microsoft hopes it will provide users with a more streamlined, focused approach to search. Bing launched on June 3.Bing isn't available to the public yet, but you won't have to wait long. some users will get Bing search results from Live Search. Bing will become Microsoft's new default search.

Yes it will create a some kind of attention in People mind they are willing to spend for advertisement purpose nearly 150 million dollars. They will promote using all kind of advertisement. i have search some results on the bing its working fine like google.

Bing is new search engine and every one very excited to know more about it and using it also and getting nice results though we know google is best but the excitement of all make bing more popular.It's a nice seach engine.

Names are not going to be very important in the search engine world. The same roar could also be seen at the time of launching the Live search portal but it performed very poorly among webmasters and site owners. |

The acid test is whether bing increases Microsoft's market share of the search market. Anecdotally, this seems to be the case. We'll see for definite once industry wide data becomes available.

I've just gone through a 9 chapter, 22,000 word document substituting Bing for MSN. There will be a lot of this. However, my positives thoughts on Bing are now stronger than they were 2 weeks ago.

I think that now bing has some effect on the traffic..as i am getting a moderate traffic from the bing...
